Q: Which AI tools work with Startdeliver?

Any AI tool that supports MCP or custom connectors. Claude, Claude Code and ChatGPT are common examples.

Q: What can the AI see and do in Startdeliver?

It can read customers, tasks, projects, goals, interactions, support tickets and feedback, and it can take action across Startdeliver's platform. What is available depends on the permissions your admin approves.

Q: Who decides what the AI can access?

Your admins. Sign-in uses standard OAuth or API key, admins choose which permissions are available, and users can only grant what admins allow.

Q: Do I need to be an admin to connect?

In Claude, adding a custom connector is limited to admins or organization owners. If your AI tool doesn't support OAuth, you can create an API key under Settings → MCP and paste it into the tool.
